Ane Marie Nielsdatter's Father: Niels Pedersen Knudsen

Marriage, Vindum parish register, page 139. Peder Knudsen and widow Maren Christensdatter are married January 8, 1767 in Vindum church.

Birth, Vindum parish register, page 26. Niels is born to Peder Knudsen February 18, 1774. Witnesses were Jacob Mickelsen, Jorgen Christensen, Herman Andreas Pedersen of Hedegaard and Christen Vrou (?) of Vindum. Niels is the father of Ane Marie Nielsdatter who marries into the line of one of Gedska's brothers.

Birth, Vindum parish register, page 53. Johanna Pedersdatter is born to Peder Knudsen of Faarup. Witnesses were Andreas Pedersen wife of Hedegaard, ?, Anders Nielsen and ?.

1787 Census, Vindum parish, Faarup, page 8. Peder Knudsen is 43 and a tenant farmer. Maren Christensdatter, his wife, is 49. They have two children and a house girl living with them. Niels who is 14, and Johanna who is 10.

1801 Vindum parish census, Faarup village, page 7. Peder Knudsen is 56 and Maren Christensdatter is 63. They have two children, Niels who is 27 and Johanna who is 23--both are unmarried.

Death, Vindum parish register, page 197. Peder Knudsen's wife Maren of Faarup passes away or is buried on September 20, 1812. She was 74 years old putting her birth around 1738.

Death, Vindum parish register, page 138. Peder Knudsen passes away March 31, 1813 and is buried April 7. This occurs only 6 months after his wife's passing. He was 67 years, 9 months, 1 week, and 4 days putting his birth approximately July 20, 1745.
